Benjamin Moody's 'Last Girl Standing' to Screen at AFM

A couple of days ago we told you the exciting news that Jinga Films would be showing Padraig Reynolds' Worry Dolls at this years American Film Market. Today we can piggy back that news with another awesome but if news, Jinga will also be screening Benjamin Moody's festival hit Last Girl Standing at AFM as well.

"Akasha Villalobos stars as the sole survivor of a horrific massacre in which all her friends were brutally murdered. After a period of convalescence, she returns to society where she struggles to gain acceptance. Treated as a freak by her colleagues she eventually becomes like her would be killer, an outsider with a grudge to bare. Can she escape the cycle of violence or is she destined to repeat the slaughter?"

Last Girl Standing made its world premiere at Frightfest in England and its stateside premiere at the Eerie Horror Horror Film Festival in Pennsylvania, where Moody was awarded best director. The film has also been selected to screen at Dublin Horrorthon, Tuscon Terror Festival, Lund Fantastik Film Festival in Sweden and the New York Independent Horror Film Festival.
