Jessica Camerons 'Mania' To Premiere at Arizona Underground Film Festival

We've been following actress/director/producer Jessica Camerons cross county film making experience since it's inception. If you've been with us for the journey you will be excited to learn that Cameron recently announced that Mania, the first film from her camper filled journey is set to make it's debut this Friday, September the 18th (that's tomorrow on the day this is posted) at the Arizona Underground Film Festival. If that sounds familiar it's because that is where Cameron's first directorial effort, the controversial Truth or Dare, won best feature in 2013.

Cameron will be in attendance at the screening, as will writer/executive producer Jonathan Higgins. They will be hosting a Q & A after the screening.

Mania, which stars Ellie Church and Tristan Risk, and produced by Mem Ferda, is about two lesbian lovers who are forced to flee their hometown after a brutal murder changes their lives. It was shot as part of the Kill the PA project in which Cameron, Higgins, and eight other filmmakers traveled cross country in an RV shooting two features and a documentary.

Tickets can be purchased for Mania at the Arizona Underground Film Festival's website.
