Check out the Trailer for Nicolas Caicoya's Hyena's Blood!

Fans of this site know that if there is one thing that fuels my engine almost as much as horror films, it's early 70's Peckinpah inspired craziness. It's in that vein that I bring you, straight from the director Nicolas Caicoya, his trailer for his latest project, the short film 'Hyena's Blood.'

"The film tells the story of a member of the DEA (US Drug Enforcement Administration) in the early years of its foundation. Following his involvement in Vietnam, the main character is sent to Mexico charged with the task of cleaning up the opium fields. Intrigue, action and crime are guaranteed." Hyena's Blood is "a trip back in time with influences ranging from Peckinpah to texts by Jim Thompson."
